April Office Updates:
April 2nd: Peanut Butter & Jelly Day - National Peanut Butter and Jelly Day celebrates a classic food favorite. The average American will have eaten over 2000 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches by the time they graduate from high school.
April 4th: National School Librarian Day - This day is personal to Jacob in our office as his mother was a kindergarten teacher for years, who then transitioned to school librarian before her retirement. National School Librarian Day recognizes the professionals who keep the school library in working order. School librarians spend long hours keeping the library organized. They are also dedicated to helping our children find the resources they need to keep learning. School librarians are the people who create an environment where students can learn every day of the year. Their work is an impressive accomplishment.
April 6th: National Handmade Day - Whether it's baked goods, beauty products or woodcraft, quilts, toys, or artwork, those who create handmade gifts do so with an eye toward craftsmanship. Some carry on traditions from one generation to the next, and others transfer skills learned in a trade, making it an art form. From artisans to craftsmen, tinkerers, and those with eclectic style who create beautiful, functional works of art and scrumptious delights, each shares a bit of their passion.
April 10th: National Siblings Day - Siblings. They are our friends or our worst enemies. At times, siblings will provide us with our biggest competition, strongest encouragement and remind us of our most embarrassing moments.
April 12th: National Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day - Who doesn't love a grilled cheese?! According to food historians, many cultures around the world have enjoyed cooked bread and cheese since ancient times. The United States modern version of the grilled cheese sandwich originated in the 1920s. As sliced bread and American cheese became easily available, Americans began making open-faced grilled cheese sandwiches.
April 16th – 30th: National Wear Your Pajamas to Work Day - While some people call this day "the favorite holiday of the year," it was created for fun. Stay tuned by following us on Facebook!

April 28th: National Pet Parents Day - We are ALL animal lovers here. There is a very special connection, a unique bond, between a pet and its owner. This unique relationship, which can often last for many years, is often a vital part of the ‘pet parents’ life. Their loved pets are considered to be a member of the family.

Some fun facts about me, I have been a licensed insurance agent with State Farm since 2011. I am a Cobb County native, growing up in in Acworth, GA. I graduated from Harrison High School and Kennesaw State University with my Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. I am currently residing in Marietta, Georgia. I have been an active member of Passion City Church, which is located in the neighborhood of Lindbergh. When not working, I enjoy attending braves games, trying new restaurants around the city, being on the water, and exploring the many things Atlanta has to offer.
