Jacob is our office manager, joining our agency on opening day in 2018. Jacob was born and raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. He graduated from Faulkner University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management. He started his career with State Farm in 2011, working for an agent. Since then, he has worked in our billing department as a senior account rep and our commercial insurance department as a business lines underwriter before transiting back to agency. Jacob loves all things beach and water related, cheering for the MSU Bulldogs (Hail State), and discovering new, locally owned restaurants in the Atlanta area. Jacob takes pride in the service he provides to our customers and loves to help uncover needs.
