Meet Jacob, our dedicated Office Manager who has been an integral part of our agency since we opened our doors in 2018. A native of the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast, Jacob brings a deep-rooted sense of community and commitment to everything he does. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Faulkner University, laying a strong foundation for his professional journey.
Jacob began his career with State Farm in 2011, working directly for an agent, and has since gained valuable experience across multiple departments — from serving as a Senior Account Representative in billing to working as an underwriter in our commercial insurance division. Now back in the agency, Jacob leverages this diverse expertise to provide exceptional service tailored to your unique needs.
When he’s not working hard for our customers, Jacob enjoys everything beach and water-related, cheering on the MSU Bulldogs (Hail State!), and loves exploring new, locally owned restaurants around Atlanta.

Gail attended Landmark Christian School before earning her degree from Kennesaw State University. After college, she moved to Atlanta and gained experience working in real estate, which deepened her passion for helping people protect what matters most.

Brittnee graduated from Middle Georgia State University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, and she has been a valued member of our State Farm family since June of that year.
